2.  Who can Sell?
Anyone planning to start their business by selling their product is welcome. In
order to start your business, you need to have following documents:

GSTIN
-
PAN Card (Personal PAN for business type “Proprietorship” and Personal + Business
PAN for business type as “Company”)

GSTIN/TIN Number (not mandatory for few categories)

Bank account and supporting KYC documents (Address Proof, and Cancelled cheque)

Minimum of 1 unique product to sell.
3.  How do I Sell?
Follow the below provided points to sell:

Register yourself at www.askmatic.biz

List the product under your required category

Once an order is received, pack it and as you mark it as ready to dispatch.
Our logistics team will pick up your order and will ship it to the customer.

As the orders get successfully dispatch, will clear your payment within 2 working
days and it will be based on your business tier.
4.  When can I start Selling?
After you have completed the entire verification process and your seller profile
is completed, you can start listing and selling your product.
5.  Who decides the price of Products?
As a merchant you will set the price of the product
6.  How will I get paid ?
The payment wil be made direct to your requested bank account through NEFT transaction.
7.  Number of listing required to start the business
You need to have minimum one product/listing to start your selling process
Payment and Costing
1.  Who decides the pricing ?
It’s the seller who decides the product cost
2.  What are the charges?
Deduction that are made from Order Item Value (OIV)

Fixed Charge: Fixed fee Slabs are made according to Order Item Value

Delivery Fee: Calculated on the basis of product weight and location of delivery

Commission Fee: Depends upon the category and sub category on order item value

Collection Fee: Payments are charged on every sale

GST (applicable on all of the above components)
3.  What are the payment process?
Your entire payment will be made after the dispatch of the product through NEFT/IMPS
transaction (Online Banking)
4.  Within how many days will I get paid?
Your payment will be processed to your provided account number within 2 working
days
Delivery and Order Management
1.  Who is considered for the delivery of my product?
Our logistic team will pick up your order all you need to do is keep your product
packed and ready for dispatch
2.  What steps should I follow if my area lacks service?
If you find any restriction, first of all save details of your pincode and click
on the below provided button. As soon as your pincode become serviceable, you will
be notified through mail.
3.  How can I manage my orders ?
With the help of our seller dashboard, your work becomes much more easier. Whenever
a customer selects your product, we send you an email. After receiving the email,
you need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time period
provided by you and keep us updated through the seller portal. This process will
the logistic team will pick up the product from you.
Seller Protection & Return
1.  What type of protection is offered by , for lost/damaged goods,
and fake customers?
has setup protection fund for their seller. You can use this fund through seller
dashboard.
2.  Will I get compensation for returned damaged product?
Yes, you can raise a claim through protection fund. You will be refunded on the
basis of case and category. The merchant needs to carry authenticate proofs for
the damaged product, for better result.
3.  Will I get compensation if the customer has replaced the original
product with a different item?
Yes, you can raise a claim through protection fund. You will be refunded on the
basis of case and category. The merchant needs to carry authenticate proofs that
you have delivered the right product, for better result.
4.  Will I get compensation if the goods are lost or damage during
shipment?
Yes, you can raise a claim through protection fund. The refund will entirely depend
on the scenario and product.
